The problem
AI is changing how people discover brands. When someone asks ChatGPT “what’s the best project management tool?” or tells Perplexity “I need a CRM for my startup,” the AI’s answer becomes the new first impression.
But until now, there was no way to measure whether AI models even know your brand exists. No score. No benchmark. No standard.
Queraid changes that.
What is the Queraid Score?
The Queraid Score is a number from 0 to 100 that measures your brand’s visibility across major AI models. Think of it as Domain Authority, but for the AI era.
We query five major LLMs — ChatGPT (GPT-4o-mini), Claude (Haiku 4.5), Perplexity (Sonar), Gemini (2.0 Flash), and Grok (4.3) — with six industry-specific prompts each. That’s 30 data points per audit.
From those responses, we calculate four components:
- Mention Rate (40 pts): Does the AI mention your brand at all?
- Sentiment (30 pts): When mentioned, is the description positive?
- Competitor Parity (20 pts): How do you compare to competitors in AI responses?
- Consistency (10 pts): Are results consistent across all five models?
