What we collect
- Email address — only if you sign up for Pro, API key, or notifications.
- Brand names you check — stored as part of our dataset. These are public brand names, not personal data.
- IP address — temporarily, for rate limiting. Not persisted beyond 24 hours.
- Usage analytics — page views via Umami (privacy-first, no cookies, GDPR compliant).
What we don't collect
- Passwords (we use magic links)
- Payment information (handled by Lemon Squeezy)
- Tracking cookies
- Personal browsing data
GDPR
We process data under GDPR where applicable. Our infrastructure is hosted in the EU (Hetzner, Falkenstein, Germany). You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data at any time.
To delete your account and all associated data: use the dashboard or email privacy@queraid.com.
Data processing
We use third-party LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, Groq/xAI) to generate brand visibility scores. Brand names submitted for scoring are sent to these providers as part of prompts. We have DPAs in place with all providers.
